bourbonchicken_1764 Here is an easy way to make some tasty bourbon chicken with little to no cooking skills required. Prep time is about 5-10 minutes. Cook time is around 30 minutes with very little required interaction. Feeds 4-6 people.

Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of bourbon
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp minced onions
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp black pepper

*Please note: I always just eyeball the ingredients based on what I like, so some experimentation to find your perfect mix may be in order.*
